CHOOSING YOUR ITEM(S)

Your first step to begin shopping online is to browse our range of handbags, luggage and accessories.
Roll over each menu item on the left hand side to display a second set of menu options. Click to display
a list of products. To browse products, click through each of the pages listed on the top right hand
corner. Sort the list of items by PRICE or NAME (top right hand corner).

From the product listing, click on any image to view a detailed product page which will display close up
detail, size measurements and other features and benefits of the product.

These are your options:
a. ‘BUY NOW’ takes you directly to the check out (see step 4).
b. ‘ADD TO CART’ adds the item to your shopping cart while you continue shopping.
c. Ensure you have logged in to save items to your cart if you wish to purchase at a later date.
d. ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ will take you to the last page browsed.

Click ‘BUY NOW’ (on the right hand bottom menu beside ‘CHECKOUT’) to go to the end of the process
where you will finalise your purchase. Remember that you are able to view the contents of your
shopping cart at any time by clicking ‘VIEW CART’ on the bottom left hand of page.

SHOPPING CART

In the Cart you can view your purchases; you can at any time during this stage remove items from your
cart, increase or decrease units by using the quantity fields.

If you have a promotional COUPON CODE the checkout page is where you input this information.
Once you click APPLY, this will be calculated in the total amount of your order.

Once you are satisfied with your order you should now click ‘CONTINUE’ which will finalise
your purchase.

CHECKOUT
There are 4 steps to the Checkout process:

Contact & Delivery Details
Order Confirmation and
Payment Details.

If you are not already logged in as a user before you click checkout, you will be prompted to do so. Registered members should enter their email address and password and click ‘SIGN IN NOW’. If you are not already a member you can click ‘REGISTER NOW’ and our easy to follow process will assist you in becoming a member in no time!

If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address and you will be sent a link for you to change your password

You will be then directed to the ‘Contact & Delivery Details’. (If you have purchased anything from our
boutique before our database will automatically remember your details – please note: our
database will NOT remember your credit card details for security purposes).

Please ensure that your contact & delivery details are filled in correctly to ensure an efficient
processing and dispatch period.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Please enter your credit card details to complete your purchase.

It is important to click ‘PURCHASE NOW’ only ONCE to avoid duplicate purchases. Do NOT click the back button on your browser, your order may take up to 60 seconds to process so please be patient.
Once your order is complete, your invoice page will display. This will also be emailed to you.
